Wear your Halloween or cosplay costume* or other fancy dress and join the party! Enjoy community performances on the plaza followed by trick or treating with the Roosevelt Center merchants and a screening of the animated short film "Room on the Broom" at the Greenbelt Cinema at 5:45pm.
