Falling In Love Gallon Sangria Recipe

Ingredients:
● 4 cups Apple Cider
● 6 cups White Wine (Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc)
● 1 cup Hennessy (cognac of choice for a boozy touch)
● 2 cups Ginger Beer(for some fizz, added before serving)
● 2 Apples (sliced thinly)
● 1 Orange (sliced)
● 1 Lemon (sliced)
● 1 Cinnamon Stick
● 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
● 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
● 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fruit: Slice the apples, orange, and lemon into thin rounds or wedges. Add
them to a large pitcher or bowl.
2. Mix the Base: Pour in the apple cider, white wine, and Hennesy (if using). Stir in the
cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup for added fall flavor.
3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate the sangria for at least 4 hours, but preferably overnight, to
allow the flavors to meld and the fruit to infuse.
4. Add the Fizz: Just before serving, stir in the ginger beer for some bubbly fizz.
5. Serve: Use a ladle to put the sangria into glasses with a few slices of fruit from the
mixture. You can garnish with a cinnamon stick or a sprig of rosemary for an extra festive
touch.

Servings:
This gallon-sized recipe makes approximately 12-14 servings.

Falling In Love Mocktail

Ingredients:
● 8 cups Apple Cider
● 4 cups Sparkling Water (or Ginger Beer for Fizz)
● 3 cups Cranberry Juice
● 1 cup Orange Juice
● 1/4 cup Lemon Juice (optional, for a citrusy balance)
● 2 Apples (sliced thinly)
● 1 Orange (sliced into rounds)
● 1 Cinnamon Stick
● 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey (optional, for added sweetness)
● 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
● 1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
● 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional, for warmth)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Fruit: Slice the apples and orange. Add them to a large pitcher or punch
bowl.
2. Mix the Base: Pour in the apple cider, cranberry juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.
Stir well to combine.
3. Add the Spices: Stir in the cinnamon stick, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla
extract (if using). Sweeten with maple syrup or honey if you prefer a sweeter mocktail.
4. Chill: Let the mocktail sit in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to
meld together.
5. Add the Fizz: Just before serving, stir in the sparkling water or club soda for some
refreshing bubbles.
6. Serve: Use a ladle to put the mocktail into glasses with a few slices of fruit and a
cinnamon stick as garnish. Serve chilled.
